Among the action steps outlined in the letter is an initiative to “diversify the pool of candidates for vacant CMA positions”, suppliers and contractors, as well as the CMA Board of Directors and its working group on diversity, equality and inclusion (DCI).

The letter continues, “Our team works seriously to foster an environment that demonstrates a positive influence within the industry while simultaneously creating a way forward for future generations.
